By accessing or using Cardevo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Merchant of Record & Billing
Cardevo uses Lemon Squeezy as its official Merchant of Record (MoR). By purchasing a premium subscription, your billing relationship is directly with Lemon Squeezy, and your purchase is subject to their terms of checkout and localized tax compliance laws.
3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree to use Cardevo solely for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content, text, links, and media uploaded to your portfolio cards. You must not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Portfolio Builder Usage
Cardevo provides portfolio building tools to showcase work and facilitate client connections. You retain full ownership of your uploaded portfolio content, while Cardevo retains ownership of the underlying software, templates, and branding.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time via your settings.
